Grosvenor Park IV – The Basics

Grosvenor Park IV is the set of garden-style condos in the Grosvenor Park area, sitting right at the corner of Rockville Pike and Tuckerman Lane.

It falls under the 20852 zip code and was originally built in 1962.

There are approximately 215  units spread over 27 buildings, with an average size between 500 and 900 square feet per condo.

Grosvenor Park IV – Daily Living


Grosvenor Park IV has outside parking only, up to two spaces per unit. All of the spots are either assigned or require a permit.

If a person is seen walking away from a parking space and towards the metro, towing is called immediately.

Pet Policy

Cats are permitted, but no dogs are allowed.

Metro Accessibility

Grosvenor is the closet metro station (obviously) and it’s an easy walk across the street.


The buildings do not utilize any kind of controlled entry.

However, security is on patrol 24/7.


No units contain washers and dryers.

There is a communal laundry room on the ground floor.

Each unit comes with one additional storage area outside of the condo.

Fireplaces and Elevators

There no fireplaces or elevators throughout the premises.

Cable and Internet

Starting in 2016, Verizon will be the preferred cable/internet provider.

Schools Districts

Students residing here are served by the Kensington Parkwood, North Bethesda, and Walter Johnson school districts.

Other Notable Amenities

Other notable amenities include a party room that is shared with the Grosvenor high-rise buildings.

There is also a grocery store and dry cleaner in nearby Grosvenor Park III.

Grosvenor Park IV – Cost of Living

Condo fees at Grosvenor Park I range between approximately $350 and $500 per month.

These fees include building maintenance, as well as all amenities.

ALL utilities (including basic cable) are covered by the condo fees.

In addition, there is a $175 move-in fee for new residents.

Grosvenor Park IV – Recreation

Grosvenor Park IV does not has a fitness center on-site, but does share an outdoor pool with Grosvenor Park II and III.

There are tennis courts and playground/tot lots available in the Grosvenor area for use, although technically, the tennis courts belong to another one of the Grosvenor high-rises.
