There are five extra storage rooms in the building equipped with storage cages. Space is handed out on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be bought or sold.

There no fireplaces but there are elevators throughout the premises.

Cable and Internet

Residents may choose between Comcast and Verizon for their internet/cable service.

School Districts

Students residing here are served by the Kensington Parkwood, North Bethesda, and Walter Johnson school districts.

Other Notable Amenities

Other notable amenities at Grosvenor Park I include a rooftop lounge available for rent, a small library, and a grilling area.

There is also a grocery store and dry cleaner in nearby Grosvenor Park III.

Grosvenor Park I - Cost of Living

Condo fees at Grosvenor Park I range between approximately $300 and $1,000 per month.

These fees include building maintenance, as well as all amenities.

ALL utilities (other than cable and internet) are covered by the condo fees.
