There are approximately 261 garden-style units with an average size between 800 and 1300 square feet.

Bedroom and Bathroom options include 1BR/1BA, 2BR/1BA, 2BR/2BA/1HB, and 2BR/2BA varieties.

Palladian - Daily Living


The Palladian has garage parking available for its residents, with each unit corresponding to at least one space.

Some units have more than one space.

Garage spots convey with the purchase of a condo, and buying/renting a space from the developer and/or another unit owner is allowed.

Pet Policy

Owners may have two pets up to 50lbs each, and dogs are allowed (there are breed restrictions).

Metro Accessibility

Rockville is the closet metro station (obviously) and it’s an easy walk.


The premises maintains “controlled entry,” meaning you must provide credentials to enter the building.

There is a concierge shared with The Fenestra (apartment complex next door) from 8am to midnight every day.


All units contain washers and dryers.


Additional storage is available for purchase.

Fireplaces and Elevators

No condos are equipped with fireplaces; there are elevators throughout the premises.

Cable and Internet

Residents may choose between Comcast, DirectTV, and Verizon for their internet/cable service.

School Districts

Students residing here are served by the Beall, Julius West, and Richard Montgomeryschool districts.

Other Notable Amenities

Other notable amenities at The Palladian include a clubroom terrace.

Palladian - Cost of Living

Condo fees at The Pallladian range between $325 and $800 per month.

These fees include building maintenance, as well as all amenities.

There are NO utilities covered by the condo fees.

In addition, there is a $200 move-in fee for new residents.

Palladian - Recreation

The Palladian has a fitness center, as well as an outdoor pool it shares with The Fenestra.

There are no tennis courts or playground/tot lots available.
