The Rockville Metro and MARC station is a quick bike or car ride away.
Connections to 355, 270 and 495 are minutes away too.
There are 45 units split among three buildings at Park Terrace Apartments.
Park Terrace was built in 1962.
There are three floors within each of the three Park Terrace buildings.
Floor plans include 1BR/1FB, 2BR/1FB, and 3BR/1FB options.
Park Terrace Apartments – Daily Living
There is an uncovered parking lot.
Parking spaces are unassigned and not reserved.
Up to two parking spaces available per unit.

A maximum of two pets per unit. Dogs and cats are allowed.
