The Grand – Daily Living
The Grand boasts 24-hour resident valet parking at a rate of $220 per month.
Spaces are also available in the reserved, covered parking garage at a rate of $110 for a single space and $180 for a tandem space.
The Grand is cat friendly.
A refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, and a $50 monthly pet rent per cat is applicable.
All cats must be spayed or neutered. A statement from a veterinarian must be provided.
The pet(s) must have current inoculations and applicant/resident must submit records of inoculation upon request.
All pets must be licensed in accordance with any applicable state or local law or regulation.
The White Flint metro station is approximately 1.5 miles away.
Key fobs are required for access to the building.
In-suite washer and dryer are provided for residents.
Additional storage space is available onsite at a rate of $35 per month for a 4 ft by 4 ft space and $55 per month for a 4 ft by 8 ft space.
Fireplaces and Elevators
The Grand is equipped with elevators.
Fireplaces are available in some models.
Cable and Internet
Each unit is wired for high-speed Internet and cable. Providers are currently unconfirmed.
There are also has WiFi hot spots located throughout the building for resident use.
Heating and Cooling
Each unit is equipped with individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

Apartment amenities include abundant kitchen cabinets with designer finishes; ample counter space with unique surface options; balconies in most apartments; designer kitchens with breakfast bars; eat-in kitchen availability; fireplaces in select suites; huge windows including floor to ceiling; large baths with soaking tubs and separate showers; newly renovated and signature suites with upgraded appliances and features; penthouses with top-of-the-line appliances and features; upgraded flooring, such as granite, marble, hardwood, and carpet; walk-in closets with built in organizers; white or stainless appliance packages; and handicap accessible apartments.
Community amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance and front desk staff; a community living room with a Grand Piano and seating areas; conference and board room facilities; dry cleaning and package receiving services; a fire pit with cozy seating; a grand ballroom for events and parties; a landscaped courtyard with gardens, a gazebo, and pathways; morning coffee service in the community living room; a picnic and barbecue area; a resident library and reading room with fireplace; resident patios with umbrellas tables; and is located one block from the White Flint mall.
The Grand – Cost of Living
There is no move-in fee.
Applicants 18+ are each subject to a $60 application fee.
To hold a unit, applicants pay $500 plus the application fee.
When a lease is signed, the deposit becomes the security deposit.
A $500.00 security deposit is required.
The minimum lease term is 3 months.
All utilities are paid by residents.
Furnished Property Availability
Furnished guest suite are available at The Grand, but furnished units are not available.
Residents choose a twenty-four (24) month lease term at the fifteen (15) month price for the entire term! Be sure to explore details with the leasing office.
The Grand – Recreation
There is an expansive fitness center with personal trainers and classes onsite for residents.
There are both indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and hot tub onsite.
There are tennis courts available onsite.
The Grand has a playground and activity center for its youngest residents.
