The Grand boasts 24-hour resident valet parking at a rate of $220 per month.

Spaces are also available in the reserved, covered parking garage at a rate of $110 for a single space and $180 for a tandem space.

The Grand is cat friendly.

A refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, and a $50 monthly pet rent per cat is applicable.

All cats must be spayed or neutered. A statement from a veterinarian must be provided.

The pet(s) must have current inoculations and applicant/resident must submit records of inoculation upon request.

All pets must be licensed in accordance with any applicable state or local law or regulation.

The White Flint metro station is approximately 1.5 miles away.

Key fobs are required for access to the building.

In-suite washer and dryer are provided for residents.

Additional storage space is available onsite at a rate of $35 per month for a 4 ft by 4 ft space and $55 per month for a 4 ft by 8 ft space.

Community amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance and front desk staff; a community living room with a Grand Piano and seating areas; conference and board room facilities; dry cleaning and package receiving services; a fire pit with cozy seating; a grand ballroom for events and parties; a landscaped courtyard with gardens, a gazebo, and pathways; morning coffee service in the community living room; a picnic and barbecue area; a resident library and reading room with fireplace; resident patios with umbrellas tables; and is located one block from the White Flint mall.

There is no move-in fee.

Applicants 18+ are each subject to a $60 application fee.

To hold a unit, applicants pay $500 plus the application fee.

When a lease is signed, the deposit becomes the security deposit.

The minimum lease term is 3 months.

All utilities are paid by residents.

Furnished guest suite are available at The Grand, but furnished units are not available.
