The Upton Apartments – Daily Living

Parking

There are two parking options: underground parking garage and above ground parking garage. Both have direct building access.

Parking spaces are assigned and reserved.

Up to two parking spaces available per unit.

$100/month per space.

Pet Policy

A maximum of two pets per unit. Dogs and cats are allowed. Enclosed animals, such as fish and birds, are also allowed upon approval.

Weight restriction of 75 lbs. Breed restrictions apply - ask for list from leasing office.

Pet Deposit: $250 for each pet (one time - refundable). Pet Rent: $50/month per pet.

No dog park, pet play area, pet spa or pet groomer on-site.

Closet Metro

0.3 mile walk to Rockville.
