Each unit owner may have two pets with just very minor restrictions (no Rottweilers, no livestock).

There are no washer and dryers in units.
Depending on the building, machines are located either on the ground level or the second floor landing; they are coin operated.

Residents may choose from Verizon or Comcast.
No condos are equipped with fireplaces.
There is gas cooking available in the buildings.
Individual condo owners determine flooring.

Condo fees range from approximately $475 to $620, depending on the unit.
Condo fees are paid on a monthly basis.
All utilities except cable and internet are covered by condo fees.

There is no fitness center available for resident use.
Residents have access to an onsite outdoor pool.
There is a tennis court available for use with a $25 key deposit.
There are playgrounds and tot lots throughout the area.
