However, there are no specifically assigned spots.

At a distance of approximately 0.7 miles, the metro is a fairly easy walk right down Tuckerman Lane.

Gables on Tuckerman Condominiums ‐ Cost Of Living

HOA/Condo Fees

Condo fees are $389 at the time of this writing and include water, sewer, and trash (in terms of utilities).

The pool and tennis courts (Penbrooke) are managed by a different property management company – they are not on the condo’s grounds and residents must pay an additional fee of $400 per year.

Payment Frequency

Condo fees are paid on a monthly basis.

Pool fees are paid on a yearly basis.
