The size of units spans between approximately 500 and 1200 square feet.

Parking

The Victoria has a controlled-access parking garage.

Parking spaces are assigned and reserved; these are deeded with the property.

Some units do not have a parking space associated with them.

Thus, spaces may be rented out to others in the building.

Pet Policy

There is a maximum of one pet per unit and a weight limit of 35lbs.

Breed restrictions also apply,

No dog park, pet play area, pet spa or pet groomer is on-site; however, Courthouse Square Park is across the street.

Rockville is the closest metro.

At a distance of approximately 0.3 miles, it's an easy walk across the street.

The building employs controlled access, with residents using a key fob to enter and exit.

As The Victoria is a condo, flooring may include carpeting or hardwood, depending on the individual unit.

There are no specific smoking restrictions.

The Victoria Condominiums ‐ Cost Of Living

HOA/Condo Fees

Condo fees range between $350 and $700 per month, depending on the size of the unit.

Sewer, trash and water are the only utilities covered by these fees.

Payment Frequency

Condo fees are paid on a monthly basis.

Move In Fee

There is a $300 non-refundable, move-in fee for new residents.

There is also a $300 elevator-use fee, which is refundable.

Leasing Restrictions

If a resident elects to lease their property, a minimum lease of 6 months will be permitted by the condo association.

Utilities

Residents are responsible for cable, internet and electricity.

These utilities are not included in the condo fees.
